Amber Jackson talked to our SPESA members about innovative, interactive activities to use in the classroom! Members had a chance to participate in a hands on surgery themed escape room that focused on teaching text features. We also learned about using SNOT in the classroom!

Chris Clayton talked to our Student PESA members about putting our students at the center of the instruction. He introduced us to new techniques, strategies, and activities to implement in our classrooms. In addition, he introduced to us to many resources that will help us expand our teaching styles and strategies.
